If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect condition, please contact us within 24 hours at +88 09613 820 920 & follow the given instructions. Your product may be eligible for replacement depending on the product condition. Please see the below terms for product replacement.
CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
After receive your returned product, we will check & verify the product, then we will send a fresh product for you.
